• Training the employees identified to use the central area for process and its resources
• Where internal resources are not available or appropriate, we will source great people to train and slot into your organisation as employees who will execute the organisational vision

BPMotion will be the Process Partner to your organisation’s central area for process by:

• Providing regular contact and support whenever required
• Assisting in achieving growth in process maturity by auditing progress
• Providing training and motivation to keep your organisation on track where required
• Training new staff where required
• Providing support in relation BPM System configuration and as needs change
